Entry Level Recruiter Daily Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruiting procedures to bring on top talents for our Orlando location
Evaluate potential candidates’ qualifications through various screening process
Manage and track all recruiting data
Be the liaison between candidates, hiring team, and interviewer to ensure open communication and stream line the on-boarding process
Be the face and voice of our company
Build amazing relationships with candidates, management team, and fellow associates
Requirements:
Local to the Orlando area. This position can be on-site, hybrid or remote once training is completed.
Self-motivated to improve professionally and personally
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
Professional demeanor
Friendly and positive attitude is a MUST, no exception!
Organized and go-getter mentality to meet daily tasks and goals
Team player but also excel individually
Confident in handling additional office duties
Enjoy working in a fast paced and team-oriented environment
Associate/Bachelor's degree is preferred (All Majors Accepted)
Must be interested in recruitment, human resources and business administration
