Key Responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to existing customers to promote Inspection, Test, and Monitoring services.
- Call newly acquired customers to generate opportunities for upgrades and cross-selling.
- Respond to inbound inquiries and follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns.
- Conduct phone-based consultations to assess customer security needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Present and demonstrate security solutions remotely, tailoring offerings to customer needs.
- Handle customer complaints related to service call billing and offer fee abatements in exchange for new repair service agreements.
- Work with the inspections team to quote and sell deficiency repairs based on inspection reports.
- Drive re-contracting and renewal efforts for customers impacted by new acquisitions.
- Qualify and nurture leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and service agreements to close deals over the phone.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals through consistent outreach and follow-up.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Work closely with marketing and field teams to optimize sales strategies.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and security innovations.
- Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development to refine sales techniques.
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of inside sales experience, preferably in security, technology, or a related industry.
- Strong phone-based sales and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to handle objections and turn customer concerns into sales opportunities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
Work Requirements
- This is an office-based role with extended periods of phone and computer use.
- Limited travel may be required for team meetings or training sessions.
