Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic Roof Foreman to join our team! In this role, you will perform inspections on newly installed roofs and oversee roof installations. Must be able to walk a roof, clean up, take photos and document any issues with installation. Must be outgoing, energetic and willing to talk to homeowners as needed.

A valid driver's license is required. 5 Years+ experience in the roofing industry is required. Candidates must have the ability to operate a wide variety of construction tools and equipment safely. Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment are necessary in this role.

You are hard-working, a team player, and dedicated to performing quality work in all that you do. Past experience as a roofer is preferred and a positive attitude is a must!

Responsibilities:

Inspect problem roofs to determine the best repair procedures

Remove snow, water, or debris from roofs prior to applying roofing materials

Manage Crew

Estimate materials and labor required to complete roofing jobs

Interact professionally with customers and effectively communicate about the scope and status of work

Qualifications:

Past experienced as a roofer preferred

Experience with the use of hand-held and power tools

Experience working with all types of building materials

Must be able to climb ladders and stairs, comfortably lift 40+ pounds repetitively, and work on your feet for long periods of time

Ability to work in extreme environments, e.g. hot sun, below freezing, crawl spaces, etc.
