    Our client is looking for a detail-oriented Pricing Administrator to join their team.     Responsibilities:

    • Obtain material costs from vendors for components using phone, email and internet.
    • Present costs in Excel format to VSE Program Management teams for final pricing to customers. Other administrative duties as required.
    • Obtain costs for bills of materials and present complete costing structure to Program Management.
    • Review and analyze existing costs for possible revision.
    • Submit pricing and documentation packages to Document Control department for addition to Visual Manufacturing MRP system.
    • Assist in reviewing daily and weekly reports.
    • Assist Purchasing Manager with special projects.
    • Possible light purchasing.

    Qualifications:

    • Strong written and oral communication skills.
    • Extensive Excel, Word and internet comprehension.
    • One or more years of related analytical type work experience.
    • Ability to handle multiple projects and timelines at one time.
    • Minimum High School diploma required.

    Day Shift
