    Job Summary:

    An Pricing Analyst provides financial leadership, with oversight to pricing and costing activities. The role may complete return on investment analysis, ad hoc financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, management, and KPI reporting. The individual must be able to clearly articulate the results of their analysis to diverse audiences, which may include executives. This role requires a highly data-driven professional who is committed to delivering high-quality results in a dynamic and fast paced environment and would possess a unique blend of technical skills, business acumen, and interpersonal savvy.

    Essential Functions:

    Supporting business unit operational analyses to drive improvements in productivity and efficiency.

    Analyze financial performance and coordinate with operations team to take appropriate actions.

    Identify, evaluate, and implement process improvements.

    Develop tools, systems, and reports to provide critical financial and operational information to the executive team and make actionable recommendations on both strategic and tactical issues.

    Monthly calculation and analysis of various financial metrics and operational KPIs, published monthly.

    Partner with leadership team to analyze trends, costs, revenues, and profit.

    Collaborate across multiple levels of Finance and organizational personnel.

    Create presentations and ad-hoc analysis for senior management.

    Train and educate non-finance (operations) team on key processes and corporate requirements.

    Serve on teams as assigned

    To be considered for a career with us, you will need:

    3+ years of progressive experience as a finance analyst or finance business partner.

    High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

    Strong ERP software experience, preferably Epicor P21.

    Solid understanding of GAAP, general ledger, cost accounting, budgets, and statistical analysis.

    Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills, Advanced Excel (i.e. VLOOKUP/Index Match, SUMIFS, pivot tables, etc.) and PowerPoint skills.

    Ability to meet tight deadlines.

    Advanced financial analysis and modeling skills, and experience in forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis. Hands-on experience working with complex data & predictive modeling.

    Experience with data visualization (Power BI, etc.) and predictive modeling a plus.

    An understanding of P&L and balance sheet dynamics.

    Education Requirements:

    Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Business or similar fields of study preferred.
