    Prima Core is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! call center team You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Call center experience with high call volume
    • Taking orders via phone
    • Computer programs such as word excel etc communication
    • Document and update customer records based on interactions
    • Multi-task between phone and written orders.

    • Previous experience in customer service, or other related fields
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask
    • Positive and professional demeanor
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
