What You'll Do – Primary Care Nurse Practitioner Responsibilities

‍⚕ Provide Comprehensive Primary Care Services

• Conduct thorough health assessments, physical exams, and diagnostic evaluations
• Develop individualized treatment plans that focus on addressing the root causes of health concerns
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, ensuring continuity of care
• Prescribe medications, order tests, and interpret results to guide patient care
• Be the quarterback of your guest's care - go that extra mile

Think Outside the Box – Creative & Holistic Care

• Go beyond the traditional “pill-for-an-ill” approach and treat the whole person
• Educate guests on preventative care, wellness, and lifestyle modifications
• Utilize advanced tools like the labs, Fit3D body scanner and AlmaIQ facial scan to enhance health insights

Build Genuine Relationships with Guests

• Listen attentively, never rush appointments, and provide compassionate, patient-first care
• Create a welcoming, comfortable environment where guests feel truly cared for
• Partner with guests to develop long-term wellness plans tailored to their unique needs

Be a Champion for Women's Health

• Provide expertise in hormonal health, gynecological concerns, and holistic women's care
• Offer comprehensive wellness support, from preventative screenings to reproductive health guidance

Collaborate & Cross-Train

• Work closely with our wellness, aesthetics, and mental health teams for integrative, cross-disciplinary care
• Stay open to learning new skills and expanding expertise into aesthetics and wellness treatments
