    Salary Range: $170,000 – $250,000

    Your Role & Responsibilities:

    • Provide compassionate, high-quality healthcare services to Spanish-speaking patients managing metabolic conditions such as diabetes, obesity, and thyroid disorders.
    • Conduct comprehensive health assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans.
    • Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication adherence, and lifestyle modifications.
    • Collaborate with physicians, dietitians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
    • Stay informed on the latest advancements in metabolic treatments and best practices.

     

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Bilingual (English & Spanish) – Required
    • Licensed Primary Care Provider (PCP) in the State of Texas.
    • Certification and credentials in good standing.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • A deep passion for serving diverse populations and addressing health disparities.
    • Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to a dynamic healthcare setting.
