    Primary Care Outpatient –Plant City, Florida

    COMPENSATION: Total 1st year comp. $298,000 plus great benefits

With a growing number of medical centers across Florida, We provide easy access to high-quality primary care, diagnostic testing, and laboratory services. Our team of highly experienced physicians and caring, multilingual staff are dedicated to delivering personalized care to each patient, ensuring that their healthcare needs are met throughout their lives.

     

    Role:

    • Salary: $220,000.00 - $240,000.00
    • Avg. 20 patients a day (23-24 scheduled (-) cancellations)
    • 15-20 minutes with ea. patient
    • Patients 18yrs old and up (need to be okay seeing both age groups)
    • Call: One week of Call once a year
    • A sign on bonus of $20,000.00 will be paid in one lump sum for 2 years.
    • Will pay a differential hourly rate on Saturdays. (Office is currently open Saturday from 8am – 12pm. The physicians rotate Saturdays) Extra $550.00 for 1\2 a day = $14,300 a year
    • Bonus program up to $24,000.00 annually

    Requirements:

    • Board Certified//Board Eligible IM / FM (will consider if was boarded and boards lapsed)
    • Bi-Lingual (Spanish) -Preferred
