Our Mission:
We are on a mission to make good health more convenient for all, working to improve the healthcare experience for both patients and providers in New England. We are a team of dedicated professionals who genuinely care about health, are passionate about serving our communities, and are driven to make the healthcare system work better for everyone.
Our Values:
- Good Health Can't Wait: Healthcare is complex, and by thinking big and solving problems, we aim to make it faster and easier for people to get the care they need.
- Start with Trust: Trust is the foundation of everything we do — with each other, our patients, and our partners. Authenticity, conviction, and genuine care always lead to great rewards.
- Think Outside In: We prioritize people's needs and the frontline teams that serve them, ensuring every decision improves the overall experience.
- Uplift Others: We have a responsibility to protect the health of our communities, employees, and environment. We foster a supportive culture where kindness is the default, everyone is welcome, and helping each other succeed is part of the job.
