Our client, NRG, has immediate openings for goals-driven and hardworking customer service professionals who are ready for the next step in their career. We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative.

A Customer Service Agent will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

Customer Service Agent Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming phone calls and retaining customers
• Establishing a connection with customers to identify and anticipate their service needs
• Maintaining a database of existing customers
• Working together with a friendly, supportive team to meet shared goals
• Taking payments and Upselling
• Promoting additional services and special deals

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 - 2 years of experience in call center REQUIRED
• Bilingual (Spanish/English fluency) Preferred
• Excellent phone manners and a friendly attitude
• Ability to learn quickly and match needs to solutions
• Ability to work any shift between 7 AM AND 7 PM, MONDAY-FRIDAY
