The Training Manager plays a vital role in the new team member onboarding and training experience. This position is primarily responsible for conducting the Day 1 and Day 2 Training programs for their designated site(s). In addition, this leader will partner with the Sourcing/Onboarding Manager to ensure that the first day experience establishes a strong foundation for employment with Prime Car Wash. Hourly pay rate starting at $15 per hour!

What you’ll be expected to do:

Partner with Sourcing/Onboarding manager to ensure that Prime Car Wash maintains a first day experience that establishes clear expectations for all new team members.

Assist with the creation of SOPs as related to onboarding process and Days 1 & 2 training.

Participate in leadership meetings to discuss talent strategy and pipeline.

Represent and reinforce Prime Car Wash’s mission, vision and values.

Continuously improve tools and processes for efficiency and predictable results.

Lead and drive participation in 1Huddle, a comprehensive training application.

Identify, create and deliver additional team member training.

Coaching of team members who are not performing at Prime Car Wash standards.

Other projects and duties as assigned.

Do you qualify?

1-3 years' supervisory experience.

Excellent planning and organizational skills.

The ability to work effectively with others in order to achieve a shared goal.

Eager and willing to take direct action in order to attain or exceed objectives.

The need to set high standards for one’s own performance, to show dissatisfaction with average achievements.

Professional written and verbal communication skills.

The ability to recognize and create opportunities and to act accordingly. Rather starting something than waiting passively for it to happen.

Proficient in Microsoft Suite and navigating other computer programs as needed.
