We are looking for a full-time Project Designer position with some travel

expected, requiring a minimum 1 year of multifamily architecture experience, with or without licensure,

responsible for assisting the Project Architect or Manager in the full design of projects from early entitlements

through construction administration. Must have exposure to or proficiencies in Sketchup, Revit, Enscape, Lumion and

BIM modeling.

This role would be pivotal in team collaboration and responsible for completing tasks in a

timely manner, as directed and as needed for the various phases of design; to include massing and

feasibility studies, facade design, programming and unit mix, construction documents, sheet set up,

redlining, and renderings. There will be 2-3 projects at a time to manage in various phases and on various teams.

Our headquarters are located in Manhattan, KS, and although we have remote employees across multiple

states including other parts of Kansas, Texas, Michigan, Indiana, and Colorado we prefer this position be in-office (TBD).

We are a hybrid + digital architecture studio within a multi-family development company called The Prime

Company. Our projects are all over the US and consist of market rate and affordable housing deals with

mid-to-high rise construction types for multi-family apartments, student housing, mixed-use, and hotel.
