Assist the Director to ensure maximum enrollment and effective cost control.

Our ideal candidate has:

A strong commitment to building positive relationships with families and the community.

A Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Child Development Associate, or a related field, or equivalent classroom/teaching experience.

A Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field, or equivalent classroom/teaching experience.

Have experience in increassing and retaining Enrollment

Marketing experience is desireable but not required, but must have passion for marketing

Must meet requirements as stipulated by the Virginia State Licensing agency

Must have valid CPR Certification and/or within 30 days of employment

Ability to train and Supervise people.

Must continue to accumulate required hours of training as required by state licensing agency and/or the corporate office

Must be proficient in Excel, Microsoft Word, and various computer skills

Childcare and Administrative experience is preferred.

Have Sales/Marketing experience, Ability to promote the School, reach out to prospective families, do tours and increase enrollment.

Good Communication Skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $36,00.00-$45,000 Plus Bonus Structure for Enrollment
