DATA ENTRY SPECIALIST

$16/hour plus bonuses

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DETAILS:

• Verify loan application information by making outbound calls to the applicants.
• Respond to all customer communication via phone or email.
• Management over your pipeline, making sure everything is completed on time.
• Update customer accounts in the system and make sure that loan quality standards are met.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Confident and professional communication with customers and colleagues.
• The ability to problem solve and think outside of the box.
• Multitask the various priorities and projects that you will be working on
• Motivated to reach goals and metrics in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer proficiency and learning new programs.
