AECOM seeks a Principal, Aviation Architecture/Engineering for our Buildings + Places leadership team to drive the growth of professional design services related to Aviation. Candidate will be an architect, engineer, or planner with similar credentials with subject matter expertise in the planning, design, and delivery of innovative aviation facilities. Candidate will nurture a multi-disciplinary team of architects, engineers, sustainability leaders, innovation + digital technologists, social scientists, and specialty sub-consultants across multiple offices, within a national and global community of experts committed to delivering efficient, equitable, and inspiring aviation facilities. Candidate will be a ‘seller-doer-leader’ responsible for cultivating client relationships, winning new work, executing exceptional project work, and growing AECOM’s portfolio of world-class aviation infrastructure projects. This position is supported by our regional operational and technical teams, reports to the US West Director of Growth and collaborates with the Global Head of Aviation Architecture + Engineering.
The Buildings + Places US West Regional Business Line is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Principal, Aviation Architecture/Engineering to lead growth in the aviation architecture and engineering design practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and growing key client relationships in collaboration with AECOM’s specialist Global Aviation group, leading & winning major pursuits and acting the AECOM lead on major projects. The Principal, Aviation Architecture/Engineering will be instrumental in the successful pursuit, development, implementation, and delivery of major aviation terminal programs within the US West Region.
Based in Dallas, Houston or Austin, TX the Principal, Aviation Architecture/Engineering will report to the US West Director of Growth and be a member of the Buildings + Places US West Team. This leader will work collaboratively across all AECOM business lines to support Aviation clients and AECOM growth.
