What You'll Do:
- Own High-Quality Content Creation: Build advanced, detailed environments in diverse styles while maintaining consistent quality.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with designers, artists, and production to support development and ensure goals are met.
- Set the Standard: Act as a technical and artistic reference, providing guidance to elevate the team’s work.
- Drive Feedback & Quality: Take and provide constructive critiques across departments to hit the highest quality bar.
- Learn & Innovate: Seek new tools and processes to improve pipelines and content creation.
- Mentor Team Members: Support and guide mid-level and associate artists to help them grow.
- Lead & Inspire: Establish artistic benchmarks, drive creative vision, and shape workflows to influence the project and studio as a whole.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Shipped 5–6 titles and a strong portfolio that demonstrates substantial art experience.
- 3D Expertise: Advanced modeling skills in major 3D packages ( Blender preferred ).
- Efficiency: Ability to create a high volume of 3D assets to populate environments quickly.
- Material Creation: Proficiency with Substance Painter, Designer, and Photoshop for textures and materials.
- Artistic Eye: Strong attention to detail, silhouettes, and composition.
- Visionary Content Building: Ability to visualize and create environments with minimal concept art or direction with set dressing and lighting in Unreal Engine.
- Unreal Engine Mastery: Advanced skills in Unreal, including Blueprint materials and technical constraints.
- Technical Skills: Manage budgets, memory limits, and performance constraints effectively.
- Communication & Organization: Excellent verbal and written communication, along with strong file and scene management skills.
- Problem Solving: Resolve complex visual and technical issues with creativity and efficiency.

- Salary range: $130,000 to $162,000 depending on experience

Location:
We are a fully remote studio operating from all over the United States! While we haven't hit all 50, we encourage applicants from across the country to apply and help us complete our map.
