    As the Product Manager for WildFire, you will play a key role in building the next generation of threat detection and prevention services. Your responsibilities will include defining and delivering the overall Wildfire Detection Roadmap. You will work on the best malware detection technology and support its next phase of growth. Your product and threat research engineering team is the best in this business with long tenured engineers. Your responsibilities will include defining sophisticated frameworks to prioritize new capabilities, bringing in insights from customers and threat landscape to keep ahead of malware attacks and measuring ROI for new features. If you are passionate about combating threats and enjoy network security, you will drive significant impact. This role will need both - strong product management skills and deep technical acumen. While we do not expect you to be a malware researcher, working technical knowledge of malware, threats and product engineering will be required.

    Your Impact

    • Threat Domain Expertise - Deeply understands the customer environment, threat landscape and is seen as a strategic advisor - Correlate technical designs with customer experience to influence new designs and capabilities - Bring unique and deep customer insights to eng/XFN teams
    • Product Plans and Roadmap - Leads setting product vision and strategy with Eng team and XFN stakeholders - Identifies where a new or significantly improved product is needed to meet customer needs or fill a gap in the market - Lead building product roadmap and drive long term product pans
    • Execution - Achieve desired outcomes in highly complex environments within stipulated timelines - Resilience and persistence in the face of challenges, ensuring the team stays on track
    • Data-Driven Decision Making - Utilize data analytics to monitor and analyze operational metrics, identifying trends, anomalies, and areas for improvements that will influence the WildFire Product Roadmap
    • Go-to Market - Proactively drives holistic product positioning and product launch plans that includes contributing to (i.e. supporting XF) customer pitch decks, whitepapers, demos, sales enablement material etc

    Your Experience

    • Experience - Proven experience in product management, preferably within the cybersecurity threat environment
    • Analytical Skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of using data to drive decisions
    • Technical Acumen - Deep understanding of threat landscape and network security - Ability to understand complex engineering designs, cloud infrastructure needs, operating system exploits and the processes to build enterprise product (agile)
    • Communication - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
    • Leadership - Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
    • Education - Bachelor's degree in Engineering - advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus **** or equivalent military experience

    Compensation Disclosure

    The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $166000 - $268500/YR. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
