Job Description:
Seeking a Supply Chain Program Manager for the ISR Space business to capture and execute responsive space programs. Overall responsibilities include working with the customer and leading the internal and supplier teams in capturing and executing space programs and/or studies with emphasis on technology development and mission solutions.
Essential Functions:
- Lead supply chain program management in partnership with Engineering, Program Management, and Operations.
- Identify and address program pain points with hands-on, cross-functional approaches.
- Coordinate program deliverables, track and mitigate risks, and report on program status.
- Manage supplier relationships, performance, and support for program requirements.
- Analyze supplier capacity and ensure optimal inventory flow.
- Provide technical support for manufacturability and supply chain impact assessments.
- Engage in process improvements to increase efficiency and product development.
- Interface with a diverse team, including company engineering, supply chain, and supplier teammates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience or Graduate Degree with 10 years of related experience; in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 16 years of related experience.
- Mastery-level knowledge in Supply Chain Program Management within the aerospace/defense industry.
Preferred Skills:
- Secret clearance preferred (not required).
- Experience in contract types: FFP, FPIF, T&M, Labor Hour, and Cost Reimbursement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
- Strong communication skills.
