Qualifications
The ideal candidate would possess:
- Strong computer, scientific, quality orientation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to provide clear and concise feedback.
- Ability to drive programs independently and build relationships with partners at all levels of the organization, and externally.
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail.
- Self-motivation, adaptability, sound decision-making, and positive attitude.
- Experience in design and delivery of training/learning or project management of the training function.
- Superior presentation, facilitation, and meeting management skills.
- Skill and ability to design and facilitate and conduct instructor-led and/or virtual training.
- Knowledge of blended learning strategies and instructional methods including classroom, online, self-paced training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, and conferences.
- Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum design, teaching and instructions for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effects.
- Knowledge and understanding of adult learning principles and of a wide range of training methods, techniques, and formats specifically as it applies to in-person and online training.
- Ability to train on all three shifts.
- Learning Management System (LMS) experience across various platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Human Resources or other related degree concentration, or equivalent directly-related experience (two years of directly related industry experience is equivalent to one full-time year of college in a related major).
- At least 5 years of training and development experience and/or coaching/teaching experience required.
- Master's degree in education or related field and extensive knowledge of instructional design and learning platforms.
- At least 5 years of relevant laboratory/quality assurance experience in a regulated lab environment, with a preference for GLP or cGMP.
Additional Information
Position is Monday- Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm. Overtime as needed. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Winston-Salem, NC **** are encouraged to apply.
