Overview :
We are seeking a Principal Industrial Hygiene Specialist to develop, implement, and manage comprehensive Industrial Hygiene (IH) programs. This role will ensure the identification, assessment, and control of workplace hazards, compliance with regulatory requirements, and support for occupational health initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and manage annual IH plans, including qualitative and quantitative exposure assessments
• Identify and control potential chemical, physical, and biological stressors
• Maintain IH policies and ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards
• Conduct audits, provide action plans, and support safety initiatives across the facility
• Manage exposure data and serve as a liaison with regulatory agencies
• Support emergency response activities and maintain medical surveillance programs

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Hygiene, Occupational Health, or related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in industrial environments (chemical, oil refining, manufacturing, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and industry safety standards
• Proficiency in IH sampling, monitoring equipment, and incident investigation tools
• Ability to lead safety initiatives and influence at all levels of the organization
• Preferred: Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) and experience with SAP or other safety management systems
