Perform situational and data analysis to identify the most efficient solution
Perform short-term or long-term research to address a variety of marketing opportunities
Coordinate efforts with team mates in other departments to fulfill the needs of our members
Prepare reports on your results and present them to team lead
Develop suggestions for improvement according to objectives
Stay informed about changes in industry, products and services
3+ years' experience of working in a Customer Service position
Solid experience with research techniques
Good experience in project management
Familiarity with CRM software along with ability to maintain relationship data
Committed to high standard of integrity and outstanding work ethic
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Great listening and communication skills with analytical and creative mindset
