The printer operator is responsible for running a flat bed printer, roll to roll printer, ect. along with the programs to operate the printers. Responsibilities: The printing operator is responsible for the following duties: • Oversees the printing of all jobs • Performs regular maintenance on printers • Cleans and preps for printing • Cuts materials when needed • Graphic design work as needed • Answers phones as needed • Communicates with customers as needed • Communicates with other team members for quality and efficiency. • Employees are responsible for cleaning off stations and other common areas. • These duties are not limited to what is stated above. Employees can be asked to perform additional duties outside of what is stated in the description. Qualifications: • Previous printer operation experience preferred • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Basic math skills (adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing whole numbers and • fractions and converting fractions to decimals and vice versa) • Able to work well under pressure to produce high volume, high-quality work • Able to sit and view a computer screen for long periods • Able to lift 50 or more pounds • Able to use light power equipment Compensation: $38,000 - $40,000 yearly
