Position reports directly to studio owner and serves as the primary contact for potential customers to communicate products and services options, manage existing client requests, as well as, ensure projects are produced within clients timelines and budget while maintaining high level of customer service and experience.
Core Responsibilities:
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor that reflects Speedpro Dallas and the client’s commitment to quality, continuous improvement and respect for individuals
Coordinate and attend customer facing design and production meetings to provide printing best practice that supports time and cost saving efficiencies
Receive and process all product and service inquiries and orders via phone, email, or walk-ins
Accurately and timely entry into the Production Management System that consists of adding new customers and vendors, creating estimates, new work orders, job scheduling, job updates, issue resolution tracking, invoicing, job closing
Track and enter costs associated with each job estimate to facilitate accurate department billing
Communicate effectively with the Owner, Director of Operations and Production staff by informing and providing updates regularly to guarantee that overall production and customer objectives are met
Make prospective client calls
Data entry - utilize proprietary CRM (customer relationship management) system to track calls and meetings with prospective and existing customers
Receive all questions and concerns and provide updates and solutions to customers
Review artwork, send and obtain proof approvals
Complete and maintain all required paperwork, records, and documents including marketing and tracking logs
Cross train and assist with proof creation, print production and fullfillment to support increased project level demand when required.
Follow all required safety procedures.
Qualifications:
Sales curious’ (constantly asking questions to learn about the customer with a desire to build relationships and fully understand their business needs)
Minimum of 2 years of print experience
Highly motivated with a great attitude; a desire to help others via an engaging personality
Professionalism, confidence, and willingness to roll-up sleeves and drive results
The ability to adapt to style of a particular customer
Excellent verbal, written communication, telephone and interpersonal/listenting skills
Intermediate knowledge of: Workflow industry standards, prepress/preflight and digital printing
Shipping and mailing operations and technology
Proficient with the following software: • Adobe Acrobat, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop • Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Publisher
Sales experience a plus
