We're looking for a dependable, hands-on, Printing & Encoding Specialist to join our team at atlasRFIDstore. In this part-time role, you'll support our Service Bureau department by fulfilling custom RFID tag orders. As an ideal candidate:

** Summarized Duties and Responsibilities** :
- Preparing production proofs and communicating with clients to receive approval
- Working with Account Managers to provide production lead times and answer questions
- Setting up client's data and manage their encoding requirements (via Microsoft Excel)
- Using software to design labels and barcodes for customer orders
- Performing Quality Assurance checks on all orders produced
- Accurately encoding and data labeling RFID tags by hand in an efficient manner
- Rolling and rewinding labels to quantity and roll size specifications
- Operating multiple printers at once to fulfill orders totaling approx. 250,000 RFID tags monthly
- Organizing and running multiple print jobs throughout the day
- Coordinating with the Operations Team to make sure that orders are shipped on time
Job Qualification Criteria :
- Schedule: Business hours are M-F, 8 AM to 6 PM; schedule is flexible within this and subject to change
- Time Commitment: Able to work in the office 20-30 hours per week
- Skills: Organization, attention to detail, prioritization, quick learner, proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift 30 lbs., use a ladder, and be on your feet for several hours at a time
