North 40 Outfitters in Great Falls, MT is looking to hire a Full-Time Private Brands E-Commerce Operations Assistant to join our team. We believe that each team member plays a vital role in the success of our company. We are looking for authentic and enthusiastic people who love our lifestyle and believe in service before self. As a Private Brands E-Commerce Operations Assistant at North 40, you play a key role in supporting the daily activities of our online catalog, ensuring the smooth operation of our online store. Working collaboratively, the assistant will serve multiple teams, helping improve product pages, customer experience, and overall success of our online stores. This position will focus on four primary categories: Sales & Hospitality, Customer Service, Online Product Enhancement/Merchandising, and Marketing.

This full-time position requires the ability to work all scheduled shifts between the business hours of Mon-Fri 8 am to 5 pm. This shift may include working weekends and certain holidays based on business needs.

Qualifications

• **Sales & Hospitality- **As the first point of contact, representing the front lines of our brand experience, you get to set the tone and experience that our customers have with us. You have the opportunity to create valuable and unique relationships with people that can greatly impact their perspective on who we are and what we make. The difference comes from being curious about their needs, treating them like family, and leaving them with a lasting impression that turns them into brand advocates.
• Customer Service- You will help field inquiries which may include returns/exchanges, processing defective products, resolving order issues, answering technical product questions and monitoring communications to ensure customers are informed and taken care of promptly. How we respond to these inquiries is the difference maker!
• Product Catalog Management- Help the web team in keeping the website fresh, up-to-date with easy-to-shop and informative product listings. You will help build and create product pages. Update product details, photos, descriptions, and unique features. In this position, you have the unique perspective on what the customers are asking, what they are comparing, and what they need to know from us to seal the deal.
• Administrative Marketing Requests- We are fortunate to work with some pretty cool people that love our stuff. In this role you are in the crossroads of many initiatives between internal and external partners. You are a key resource to help field requests and provide support for our retailers, brands, products, events, ambassadors, pro-staff, teams, and marketing initiatives.
