    Hall Management Group is seeking a passionate, experienced, and self-motivated Private Dining Coordinator to join our team in Greenville, South Carolina. The Private Dining Coordinator will seize every opportunity to serve clients from all backgrounds, professions, and walks of life while displaying our world-class hospitality.

    You are:

    A fixture in the community—You have never met a stranger and possess a vast network of clients and connections.

    A hungry and self-motivated salesperson—you aren’t afraid to make cold calls or go big. You set lofty goals for yourself and exceed them. You actively seek and book business on a timely basis and always follow up to inquire about re-bookings— in turn, forming professional relationships.

    A hospitality professional at heart—you have walked in the shoes of servers or line cooks before, and you understand what needs to be done from a service perspective. You can look at a table and spot what can be improved—what wine glasses need polishing and what fork is a quarter-inch off. You practice warm welcomes and fond farewells, as you always abide by the highest and friendliest hospitality standards.

    A seasoned professional—you have at least two years’ experience booking private parties and events for upscale, fine-dining establishments. You understand what it takes to maximize revenue. You have exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal. You welcome constructive feedback and direction, as you are always looking to improve.

    Extremely organized and attentive to detail—you keep a meticulous calendar and notes for all your clients. You walk them through every detail and look to past bookings and experiences to make future ones even better. You make sure every minute of your events is perfectly orchestrated and the personality of each client shines through flawlessly.

    What you’ll do:

    Greet PD clients for events and assist with any needs (including AV)

    Receive and respond to inquiries concerning private dining events in a manner demonstrating expertise and hospitality.

    From contact with customers, prospective customers, event guests, and others in the community, identify prospective users of our private dining services and follow up with those prospects to generate future events.

    Utilize established procedures and documents to confirm bookings of events and all operational arrangements.

    Send out contracts for any prospective event tasks sent by the Private Dining Director.

    Provide regular reports and BEO updates concerning upcoming events to internal personnel and ensure timely, accurate preparation for all private dining events.

    Provide end-of-function invoicing, documentation and customer follow-up to ensure payment, guest satisfaction, repeat business, and positive referrals to prospective customers.

    Generate and maintain records of each event and each prospect for use in future sales efforts.

    Communicate reservation information to hosts, managers, and chefs.

    Ensure all events details are communicated and executed to exceed the client’s expectations.

    Work with Triple Seat proficiently. Update data as necessary.
