    Key Responsibilities:

    Patient Care

    Provide basic bedside care (e.g., wound dressing, catheter care)

    Monitor patients' vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiration)

    Assist patients with daily activities like bathing, dressing, and feeding

    Administer prescribed medications and injections

    Collect samples for testing (e.g., blood, urine)

    Medical Support

    Assist doctors and registered nurses (RNs) during medical procedures

    Prepare and sterilize medical equipment

    Update patient records and document care provided

    Observe patients for changes in condition and report concerns to RNs or physicians

    Patient & Family Communication

    Educate patients and families on proper care, treatments, and medications

    Offer emotional support and guidance to patients and families

    Workplace Responsibilities

    Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies

    Maintain a clean and safe patient environment

    Coordinate with healthcare teams for patient care planning
