    A highly specialized and fast-growing Private Equity firm based in Palm Beach Gardens, FL is hiring an experienced Analyst/Associate to collaborate closely with and work alongside the firm's upper management, sales & trading, and asset management teams to help achieve the firm’s investment objectives. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience as an Analyst or Associate and be hands-on with a strong operating orientation and an excellent background in accounting and finance, including direct experience creating financial models, assisting with market research, writing investment memos, and operational tasks. This is a full-time onsite position in Palm Beach Gardens.

    **Key Responsibilities:**

    • Develop complex cash flow projections and model new opportunities in collaboration with the marketing team using advanced Excel modeling skills
    • Extract economic variables and other key contract considerations from lease documentation issued by Sellers to support pricing considerations
    • Analyze market trends within the air transport industry, airline operator fleet analysis, and financial condition reviews
    • Interact closely with engine/airframe parts group for the integration of the forecast part sales into financial models
    • Operate in a fast-paced working environment with multiple transaction reviews occurring simultaneously
    • Learn about the technical aspects of aircraft and engines, how they operate and how they are maintained

    Minimum REQUIRED Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree required. MBA, CPA and/or CFA a plus.
    • 2+ years’ experience as a financial analyst or associate for a private equity, investment banking or other financial services firm, preferably in PE credit
    • General experience in accounting (income statement, balance sheet, etc.) and GAAP
    • Strong knowledge of Excel and MS Office
    • Tactical and strategic thinker with strong math and problem-solving skills
