    Summary:

    As our organization's backbone, the strategic buyer representative will play a pivotal role in supporting our business brokerage team on strategically finding buyers for the businesses listed for sale. Your contribution will be invaluable as you keep things organized, eagerly mine internal and external databases for buyer gold and kick-off the client communication surrounding the business listings. This will include: cold outreach through phone calls and email. This position will require a special type of individual who is flexible with a strong ability to adapt to change.     ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following, other duties may be assigned.

    • Creatively finding new buyers (individuals and companies) to add to our current buyer lists by utilizing outside resources such as: ZoomInfo; Private Equity Info, Exact Data, and our current HubSpot database
    • Qualifying buyers through phone and email communication
    • Setting up new buyer registrations to add them to our CRM and increase list size
    • Create email blasts for individual listings through HubSpot
    • Market research and analysis on industry and market trends of Prospere Listings
    • Establishing buyer relationships closely alongside the brokerage team to expedite Listing to LOI time
    • Explaining the process of buying a business to prospects and handing off qualified leads to our team of business brokers.

    Experience:

    • 1-3 years telemarketing experience
    • HubSpot or similar technology experience preferred
    • Positive attitude, high energy, team-oriented self-starter who can maximize results of individual contributors.
    • Experience in a small to mid-size company
    • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.

    $45K-$52K base range + bonus compensation
