    Responsibilities:

    Coordinate the daily operations of assigned classes.

    Plan, present, and evaluate educational and recreational activities in a safe environment.

    Interact daily with children and parents to provide quality customer service.

    Observe children’s interests and collaborate with other teachers to develop engaging curriculum ideas.

    Communicate with parents about their children’s progress and adventures through various channels, including mobile apps and personal discussions.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.

    Valid teaching certificate.

    1-2 years of previous teaching experience preferred.

    Completion of state-required pre-service training.

    Effective communication and relationship-building skills with children, parents, and faculty.

    Ability to manage stressful situations professionally while multitasking.

    Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. for handling children and ensuring their safety, especially for Infant and Young Toddler Teachers.

    Must meet background check eligibility.
