    We are looking for a skilled PRN Surgical Assistant to join our team in Sugar Land. Applicants should be experienced foreign medical doctors with a minimum of two years of practice as Licensed Surgical Assistants, ready to provide exceptional support to surgeons in Sugar Land and nearby areas. Responsibilities: • Meet the patient in the pre-op area and ensure they are prepared for surgery • Assist the OR staff with positioning, prepping, and draping the patient before the procedure • Provide support to surgeons specializing in various fields • Ensure timely submission of all necessary documentation • Be available to take calls during weeknights and weekends • Attend and actively participate in staff meetings Qualifications: • Must be a Certified Surgical Assistant • Willing to take on-call duties during weeknights and weekends • Flexibility in work hours, primarily working from 7 am to 4 pm • Experience required in OB-GYN and General surgery • Minimum of 2 years of case logs • Licensed in the State of Texas • Prior experience in Orthopedics, Robotics, Neuro, Spine, or Vascular surgery is preferred
