Responsibilities: • Assist in preparing the operating room for surgical procedures, ensuring all necessary supplies and equipment are sterilized and available. • Communicate effectively with the surgical team to anticipate needs during procedures and provide assistance as required. • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation before, during, and after procedures. Qualifications: • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a surgical assistant. • Knowledge of surgical procedures and protocols. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
