Quality Assurance Manager - Dairy Industry

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to oversee our dairy production facility's quality and food safety programs. The successful candidate will ensure that our products meet the highest standards and comply with all relevant regulations. Competitive salary and relocation assistance provided.

What You'll Do:

• Implement and maintain food safety and quality programs (SQF, HACCP, FSMA)
• Manage and train the quality assurance team, driving continuous improvement
• Serve as the primary contact for regulatory inspections, audits, and certifications
• Investigate and resolve food safety and quality issues, including customer complaints

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Dairy Science, Food Science, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience managing quality assurance in the dairy industry
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, FSMA, SQF Code, food allergens, and microbiology
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Salary Target $90-110k
