Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Pro Shop Attendant to join our team. The Pro Shop Attendant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling sales transactions, maintaining the shop's appearance, and assisting with general golf or sports-related inquiries. This position is ideal for individuals with a passion for golf, sports retail, or customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a professional and welcoming manner.

Process sales transactions, including cash and credit card payments, using the Club Caddie system.

Provide product recommendations and information on golf equipment, apparel, and accessories.

Manage tee time reservations and assist with player check-ins.

Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked pro shop.

Answer customer inquiries regarding golf course policies, events, and promotions.

Assist with inventory management, including stocking and tagging merchandise.

Support tournament and event preparations as needed.

Perform light cleaning duties to uphold store presentation.

Qualifications:

Previous retail, customer service, or golf course experience preferred.

Basic knowledge of golf and golf-related merchandise is a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle cash and operate a POS system accurately - Club Caddie experience is a plus.

Attention to detail and a positive attitude.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
