    Job Description

    ProCare Funding is seeking an experienced, outgoing, and customer service focused ACCOUNT COORDINATOR with knowledge of the healthcare and/or legal industry in the personal injury sector in the Southern California region (Los Angeles and Orange County). The right candidate will responsible for building, and strengthening new and existing relationships with providers and attorney customers. They should excel in customer service with a proven track record for meeting and exceeding goals. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS PERSONAL INJURY EXPERIENCE WITH KNOWLEDGE EITHER IN THE LEGAL INDUSTRY, INSURANCE INDUSTRY, MEDICAL MANAGEMENT OR MEDICAL SALES, UNDERWRITING EXPERIENCE IS ALSO HELPFUL.

    The Account Coordinator will provide our customers with training, updates on new services, hyper-responsive to the internal and external customer, and is a solution specialist. They will have great presentation skills that help when there is a need to educate clients on our services and solves problems in order to satisfy the needs of the customer. Successfully builds relationships with assigned accounts and providing superior client experience throughout the process.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Develops new relationships with clients and promotes existing relationships to grow the business.
    • Participates in retention with customers to keep ProCare as their preferred funding company.
    • CRM: has knowledge and experience in using a CRM product
    • Investigate facts
    • Monitor and ensure that assigned accounts are up to date with information in system
    • Record and store client information
    • Collaborates and problem solves with the internal support departments and sales team
    • Knows and understands the needs of accounts within assigned territory
    • Conducting client presentations
    • Ability to network with influential decision-makers, including attorneys, case managers, and paralegals.

    ​QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Previous experience in the medical or legal industry
    • Familiarity with personal injury cases
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Deadline and detail-oriented
    • CRM experience a plus
    • Excel experience (moderate user) a plus
    • Microsoft suite a plus
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Presentation experience via video conferencing
    • Self-starter, attention to detail, well organized and strong problem-solving abilities
    • Ability to thrive in a start-up environment

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • High School or GED required
    • MUST CURRENTLY RESIDE IN THE SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA AREA
    • Bachelor’s degree and/or EXPERIENCE IN A FIELD RELATED TO PERSONAL INJURY PREFERRED.
    • NICE TO HAVE: Experience working with personal injury attorneys or other professionals a plus
    • NICE TO HAVE: Experience working with a health care professional whose office handled personal injury clients
    • Possess a high level of drive, self-motivation, and goal-orientation
    • Must be organized, confident and passionate
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office products, Outlook, and CRM product
