ProDrivers, the largest truck driver services company in the United States, is looking for driven talent for Recruiter positions in our Automotive Division located in Bloomington, Indiana. Recruiters at our location utilize multiple resources to find drivers across the country with Class A licenses to haul auto parts from one location to the next.

RECRUITER JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Utilize multiple recruiting resources to find Class A licensed drivers.
• Make “cold calls” to drivers trying to get interest in positions in their area.
• Screen drivers and their driving records to determine their best fit for jobs.
• Build and maintain relationships with drivers.
• Work with team members to reach goals established daily and weekly.
• Communicate with area leadership regarding current and future drivers & orders from clients.

RECRUITER REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience using Microsoft based programs (Office Suite, CRM, etc.)
• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls.
• Ability to multitask during most of a normal work day.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must be willing to submit to a drug screen and pre-employment background check.

RECRUITER ADDITIONAL CRITERIA:

• Familiarity with social media is a plus!
• Bilingual is a plus!
• Shift flexibility is a plus! We hire for shifts ranging from 8am-5pm, 9am-6pm, 10am-7pm, 11am-8pm, and 12pm-9pm Monday thru Friday.
