Job Description

ProDrivers, the largest truck driver services company in the United States, is looking for a full time Payroll Administrator.

PAYROLLER JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Utilize company tools to process payroll for 300+ drivers weekly.
• Collect and enter payroll data into timekeeping systems.
• Research and resolve payroll issues for drivers that call in.
• Build and maintain relationships with local managers to assure consistency in payroll completion timely.
• Work with team members to reach goals established daily and weekly.
• Communicate with area leadership regarding payroll issues and reporting data weekly.

PAYROLLER REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience using Microsoft based programs (Office Suite, CRM, etc.)
• Experience using Microsoft Excel required.
• Very good attention to detail.
• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls as necessary.
• Ability to multitask during most of a normal work day.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must be willing to submit to a drug screen and pre-employment background check.
• ABILITY TO WORK REMOTELY IS NECESSARY FOR THIS POSITION CURRENTLY. DUE TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC, ALL WORK IS REMOTE. BEING LOCAL TO THE BLOOMINGTON, IN & SURROUNDING AREA IS A PLUS, BUT NOT 100% NECESSARY.

PAYROLLER ADDITIONAL CRITERIA:

• Bilingual is a plus!
• Shift runs Monday Thru Friday 8am to 5pm.
• Reliability is needed for this type of position.
