    Job Description

    Job Requirements:

    We are seeking an Account Manager to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.

    1. To be an important contributor to the Sales Team in the Showroom
    2. To help increase Membership, productivity of Members, sales, and gross margin performance
    3. Build relationships with Key Accounts
    4. To continuously improve personal knowledge of Flooring, Windows & Doors, Kitchen and Bath products

    Areas of Responsibility (under the direction of the Showroom Manager)

    1. Member acquisition, all aspects of prospecting
    2. Maintain and enhance Member relationships
    3. Enhance sales of Private Brands and Stocking product
    4. Member acquisition, all aspects of prospecting
    5. Maintain and enhance Member relationships
    6. Enhance sales of Private Brands and Stocking products
    7. Participate in Showroom events
    8. Attend and participate in weekly Staff Meetings
    9. Clean and maintain Showroom, maintain samples and displays
    10. Aid Members and Clients in their use and knowledge of Showroom
    11. Instruct and educate Members in "control" of their clients
    12. Assist Members in product education
    13. Sell product to Members, Members' Clients
    14. Any other activity to increase Member's use of Showroom
    15. Required telemarketing and Social Media (LinkedIn)
    16. Use RFMS to improve sales, quotes and sample check outs
    17. Use MyProsource Software for Managing Members, prospects, lapsed Members, events, mailers & Member touches.
    18. Membership and active participation in associations and committees
    19. Customer service
    20. Increase margins wherever possible
    21. Observe the Company’s policies and procedures
    22. Pass required Frontline Pro Sales Master Training System course
    23. Reports directly to Showroom Manager
    24. Must maintain strong cooperative relationship with Expeditor TEAM
    25. Must maintain strong cooperative relationship with Management

    Training

    1. Complete Front line Pro training
    2. Regular Review of Product Information Supplied by Vendors
    3. On-site training regularly and periodically by Showroom Manager, District Manager and Regional Manager.
