    Probate/Litigation/Trusts Junior Estate Planning Attorney (On-Site) We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Estate Planning Attorney to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience specializing in estate planning, probate, trust administration, and litigation. You will support senior attorneys in drafting legal documents and managing client cases, gaining valuable experience in all aspects of estate law. Responsibilities: • Assist in drafting estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance health care directives. • Conduct legal research on probate, trust administration, and litigation matters. • Support senior attorneys in probate litigation, including preparing pleadings, motions, and briefs. • Assist clients with trust administration, reviewing and preparing trust documents, and providing guidance on fiduciary responsibilities. • Help clients navigate the probate process and provide advice on the distribution of assets. • Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns. • Work closely with senior attorneys to develop litigation strategies and assist in court proceedings when necessary. Qualifications: • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. • 1-3 years of experience in estate planning, probate, and trust administration. • Active Bar membership in California. • Excellent drafting and legal research skills. • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously. • Strong interpersonal and client communication skills. Compensation: $100,000 - $115,000 yearly
