As a Probate Paralegal you will help families by overseeing the Probate Experience, preparing petitions, and explaining the process. You will own and manage the Probate experience by ensuring client needs and Probate deadlines are met timely and goes as smoothly as possible. This Position: We are interested in Paralegals who have a Paralegal certification (comparable work experience considered). This person should have experience with discovery, litigation, mediation, and trial prep; experience managing Probate cases required. Responsibilities: The primary responsibilities are to own and manage the Probate experience by ensuring client needs and Probate deadlines are met timely manner and go as smoothly as possible. • Owns Client Probate and Guardianship Experience, overseeing all cases to ensure timeliness on all deadlines are met • Draft, revise, proofread, and finalize legal documents • Draft petitions and ensure appropriate types are created • Ensure legal documents are prepared timely and meet required deadlines • Serve as point of contact for basic client questions that do not require an Attorney • Perform other tasks as needed Qualifications: • Experience with discovery, litigation, mediation, and trial prep- REQUIRED • Experience managing Probate cases required • Flexibility and ability to multitask. • Strong drafting and writing skills, including great attention to detail and proofreading • Excellent communication skills, including using appropriate tone and professionalism when engaging with clients • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment • A self-starter with a positive attitude, resilient emotional intelligence, strong work ethic, and good judgment • Attention to details • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software Compensation: $60,000
