Responsibilities: Core Responsibilities: • Deliver concierge-level service to clients, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients through regular, effective communication and face-to-face meetings. • Register new corporate entities. • Draft probate pleadings, corporate agreements, and other documents for attorney review, ensuring accuracy and excellence • Navigate financial institutions and courts, ensuring all filings and submissions are timely and meet deadlines. • Manage a proactive and efficient workload, prioritizing tasks to meet client and team needs. Qualifications: Skills Needed: • 5+ years’ experience in probate and corporate law • Paralegal certification is a plus. • Attention to Detail : Ability to prepare and review documents with precision and accuracy. • Exceptional time-management and organizational skills • High-Level Communication in English and Spanish : Strong written and verbal communication skills for client interactions and legal documentation. • Problem-Solving Skills : A resourceful approach to overcoming challenges and finding solutions, as well as helping clients navigate external issues. • Results-driven : Strong focus on achieving positive outcomes for clients. • Dependability : Consistently reliable, responsible, and proactive in completing tasks. • Technical Proficiency: familiarity with Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel platforms, a plus. Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000 yearly
