Our law firm, located in picturesque Martin County, FL, is in search of an experienced probate and trust litigation attorney for both full-time and part-time positions. You will collaborate closely with the owner and a senior mentoring attorney to help our clients and play a crucial role in the firm's growth. Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage all aspects of a client’s case • Communicate with clients and opposing counsel • Design effective and winning case strategies • Draft and/or review documents and pleadings • Attend court hearings and trials, as needed Qualifications: • Must be a member in good standing of The Florida Bar • Substantial experience in Probate & Trust Administration including contested matters - the successful candidate will have been attorney of record in at least 50 probate cases, some of which should include contested matters • LLM in taxation or estate planning and/or Board Certification is preferred • An AV rating is a plus • Strong research and writing skills • Excellent organizational skills • Experience managing a full caseload Compensation: $100,000 - $140,000 yearly
