Axiom takes pride in being able to successfully interface with many industry professionals from a variety of trades and backgrounds, not only rectifying existing issues, but also mitigating potential future problems. We are currently looking for an individual who will join our team as an Associate Process Control Engineer, furthering their career within our company as we continue to expand.

    Position Overview

    The individual fulfilling this position will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing project Process Controls. This role requires a balance of technical acumen and the ability to communicate with clients; usually going beyond simply addressing the problem at hand but rather suggesting system level improvements. The ideal candidate has a strong background in STEM, with a focus in Process Adherence, Process Optimization, and Client Communications in order to lead external stakeholders through a rigorous technical process. The new hire will be required to absorb information, provide meaningful problem assessments, and help drive process related decisions, under the guidance of a senior team member. Finally, the candidate must be willing to travel regularly across the US.

    Key Responsibilities

    Manage projects from concept to implementation, ensuring they meet specifications and standards

    Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to ensure reliability and efficiency

    Provide technical support and guidance related to SCADA systems and data integrity

    Collaborate with engineering, construction, and other stakeholder teams to enhance system performance

    Thoroughly document Lessons Learned and opportunities for Process Improvement

    Lead weekly stakeholder meetings throughout multi-year projects

    Positively represent Axiom at professional events

    Stay up to date on industry developments

    Travel for 1-2 weeks at a time, provided reasonable notice

    Additional duties as required

    Qualifications

    Proven ability to collaborate effectively with a cross-functional teams

    Experience with Process Controls or Process Adherence

    Prior real-world experience applying Process Management (Controls)

    3+ years of experience in, or a degree related to, the Mission Critical Industry

    Field experience in the New Construction/Large Commercial Construction Industry

    Prior Multi-Trade Commissioning experience

    Certification or credential in SCADA or software control platform

    Experience with System Integration, Factory or Site Acceptance Testing, or QA/QC Processes

    Compensation & Benefits

    Salary-exempt position ranging from $60,000 to $80,000
