    Job Description

    BryceTech is looking for Process Coordinator to join our team and help Air Force Research Laboratory’s Department of the Air Force in coordinating daily activities such as operations, processes, communications, etc. The selected candidate will work directly with the Air Force Program Management Office (PMO) and should have a strong understanding of technology development and commercialization processes, with the ability to apply this knowledge to drive successful outcomes.

    Responsibilities Include:

    • Coordinate daily activities and multi-disciplinary initiatives across the organization, ensuring products are delivered in a timely manner.
    • Guide the team in adopting agile project management methodologies and tools.
    • Integrate activities and manage workflow in an organized manner to ensure seamless operations.
    • Analyze and improve existing processes to ensure effectiveness and efficiency across the organization.
    • Collaborate with product owners to refine and prioritize the product backlog.
    • Foster communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams.
    • Manage information flow using communication tools, including the Microsoft Office Suite,
    • Maintain a detailed and up-to-date project management system to monitor progress, documentation, product requests, workflows, and deliverables.
    • Track the progress of deliverables, identifying process improvements and mitigating delays.
    • Proactively identify, asses, and mitigate risks and obstacles to workflows.
    • Maintain a communication, inreach, and outreach calendar to enable proactive planning and resource allocation.
    • Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational skills, initiative and follow-through, and flexibility and responsiveness to changing requirements and conditions.
    • Improve processes proactively and continuously to align to organizations strategic goals.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Possess 5+ years of experience in project management, workflow management, or a similar role in communications, marketing, business, or related field. Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM or equivalent) preferred.
    • Strong expertise in agile project management methodologies and tools.
    • Experienced in facilitating, inspiring, and leading teams.
    • Strong analytics skills and the ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Proficient in project management tools, software, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Dynamic interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of management.
    • Has a proactive mindset and can use critical thinking skills to inform autonomous decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent work ethic and excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on accuracy and detail.
    • Secret clearance required.
