    What You'll Bring:

    • Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical, Chemical Engineering, or a related field from an accredited university.
    • Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of engineering software programs, with experience in process improvement.
    • Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership, motivational, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Time Management & Analytical Skills: Advanced ability to manage time effectively and solve complex problems.
    • Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime and travel as needed.
