We are seeking a Process Excellence Manager to lead and coach our teams in driving continuous improvement and the consistent application of our company’s Process Excellence program and High-Performance Organization (HPO) tools.

    Position Overview The Process Excellence Manager will support and coach site pillar leaders, fostering a culture of operational excellence. In this role, you will oversee the utilization of HPO tools and practices to help eliminate losses and engage employees across all levels. This role is essential to ensuring alignment with company standards, best practices, and the achievement of site goals.

    Key Responsibilities

    Leadership and Coaching: Work with site leadership to develop HPO systems and ensure high-performance capability across the organization.

    Ensure robustness of reliability systems in line with safety and quality protocols.

    Drive standardized requirements across pillars and lead Work Process Improvement.

    Planning and Cadence Adherence: Oversee the site’s master planning cadence.

    Conduct site loss analysis, performance modeling, and health assessments.

    Lead internal and external process excellence assessments and guide pillar leaders in developing plans to meet site objectives.

    Results Management: Support organizational goals through effective results management.

    Coach teams on metrics, gap analysis, and data-driven decision-making processes.

    Ensure visibility of results and performance updates throughout the plant.

    Minimum Requirements

    Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

    Experience in continuous improvement methodologies (TPM, IWS, HPO, or similar) with a proven track record in delivering and sustaining business results.

    Strong background in training, facilitation, and leading groups.

    Skilled in influencing and collaborating with individuals at all organizational levels.

    Preferred Experience

    Prior experience in an IWS or TPM pillar environment.

    This role requires a candidate who is a proactive leader, skilled in driving change and developing high-performance cultures.
