    Introduction
    We are seeking a Process Lead, Order-to-Cash (OTC) to join our team and play a critical role in driving business transformation. This position is part of the Global Process Owner (GPO) group and focuses on optimizing business processes to drive growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and achieve long-term success. By standardizing, innovating, and anchoring processes, this role will help the organization achieve its goals and deliver exceptional value to customers.

    Team/Function Overview
    The OTC Process Lead will guide and drive the overall business transformation during the deployment of SAP S/4HANA while maintaining world-class service levels. This role is key to designing an end-to-end OTC process that combines industry best practices with organizational expertise, partnering closely with teams such as Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Sales.

    Summary
    Reporting to the Global Process Owner (GPO), OTC, the Process Lead will help define project outcomes, develop business cases, and establish KPIs for the OTC transformation. This includes leading the implementation of the new ERP system, ensuring standardized, high-performing processes supported by robust system design, governance, and effective change management.

    Essential Duties
    As the Process Lead, OTC, you will:

    • Review and update testing scenarios and test cases.
    • Act as a champion for change, providing thought leadership to support the company’s evolution.
    • Leverage expertise in ATP (Available to Promise), planning, and product allocation.
    • Utilize experience with SAP Transportation Management Systems (preferred).
    • Develop and execute comprehensive training plans for OTC processes to ensure successful adoption across all levels of the organization.
    • Support the cleansing and evolution of data elements related to OTC processes, including customer and sales hierarchies.
    • Be a key tester and contributor to the creation of end-to-end OTC processes.
    • Identify risks and issues, developing contingency plans to mitigate their impact.
    • Assist in resource allocation, cost management, and timeline planning.

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
    • 5-10 years of relevant experience.

    • Strong project management and change management skills.
    • Proven ability to roll out new processes and drive organizational engagement.
    • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels.
    • Ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
    • Experience collaborating with business and technology leaders, including performance reporting and executive-level presentations.
    • Familiarity with designing and implementing department policies and procedures.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
