Job Description
The Process Quality Auditor is responsible for ensuring that processes within the distribution center are aligned with Bosch’s Quality Management System (QMS) and ISO 9001 standards. This role involves conducting regular audits, performing ISIR inspections, managing Statistical Quality Control (SQC), and supporting quality improvement activities. The auditor will verify compliance, report deviations from standards, and ensure that countermeasures are put in place for the immediate containment of issues. The role is key in supporting quality assurance and continuous improvement across the distribution center.

Required Skills and Competencies
* Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO 9001 standards.
* Experience in conducting internal audits and verifying process compliance.
* Familiarity with FMEA, root cause analysis, and problem-solving methodologies.
* Knowledge of product quality assurance, especially in engineering and distribution processes.
* Strong communication skills to report findings and collaborate with team members.
* Ability to support and assist in quality improvement initiatives.
* Analytical skills for problem-solving and ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
* Strong teamwork orientation and ability to support quality functions across departments.
* Attention to detail and ability to follow established quality processes.
* Resilience and adaptability in handling challenges and continuous process improvements.
