The company we're partnered with is a manufacturer of injection-molded packaging parts. They manufacture high-end parts in large or small quantities and have state-of-the-art capabilities.

We are seeking a hands-on Process Technician who can keep molding processes running smoothly and troubleshoot issues as needed to produce high-quality plastic components.

Preferred Experience -

• At least 2-5 years of experience setting up and troubleshooting of injection molding machines. 
• At least 1-2 years of experience of setting up auxiliary equipment and operating a forklift.

Essential Functions -

• This position requires the ability to set up, adjust, and troubleshoot operations of all injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment. 
• Setups to include mechanical hookups as well as water, hydraulics, and electrical hookups.
• Document process by writing Maintenance and Tool room work orders.
• Set processing parameters.
• Drive fork trucks.
• Communicate the status of the process to the operators and or supervisor. Be familiar with and operate auxiliary equipment, such as grinders, conveyors and closing machines.
• Clean and maintain equipment. Maintain the flow of quality of parts being produced, and arrange work areas.
